Steps to a Smooth Order

Order the ATM surrounds, kiosks, enclosures, toppers, and other ATM signage that's right for you by following these simple steps. As our customer, we want to make the process of acquiring the right product for your needs as easy as possible.

1. Review ATM Compatibility Chart
Identify the Right ATM Surround, Enclosure, Topper, Kiosk, or Accessory Product for your ATMs.

2. Review Product Information

Review the Product Pages to determine the availability of options for each product.

3. Submit color and signage criteria
Submit artwork files and PMS color specifications.

4. Check Product Pricing
Contact your local dealer, Companion Systems Sales Manager, or Customer Service Representative to request product pricing.

5. Request a Rendering (Optional)
You may also request a rendering of the product with the ATM and option configuration as well as custom colors and signage. Turnaround time is 1 to 2 days.

6. Submit the Order
Contact your local dealer, Companion Systems Sales Manager, or Customer Service Representative to place your complete order.

7. Sign & Return Order Confirmation
We will quickly respond with a confirmation contract or Order Confirmation including final pricing for options and detailing your requested specifications. Review its accuracy and return the signed document.
